Grocery Shopping

When was the last time you went grocery shopping? Did you pack ten bags in your trunk? Did you ever fill your trunk and have to pack some of the shopping bags in your back seat? I normally go shopping once a month and when I do I pick up everything I can think of and just to add one comment, I hate shopping. I fill my trunk easily and fill my back seat most of the time. I get paper and plastic and have reusable bags too. When it comes time to drive you can hear the bags shifting as I make turns or hit bumps in the road. When I ride over railroad tracks if there is milk on my back seat it usually ends up on the floor. It is not that I am wreck less; I just do not treat the groceries as if they are passengers in the car. I have never broken an egg or jar and have not busted open a banana or orange.
Food is not covered if you are in an accident. In fact, if you check out auto insurance premiums on the internet the only thing that you see covered under the benefits are people and possibly animals. Some of the companies are starting to cover the animals. There is nothing about food, items bought at a store or antiques. These are things you take your chance on if you are in an accident and it is your fault. I guess if it was the other persons fault you could claim personal damages with their auto insurance company.
Sometimes I like to check the online auto insurance rates with the various companies because I like to see what is new. Yes, there are times that you can save money and that is a good find that day but other times you find different things that may be covered. This is how I found out about the animals. If they just added animals you never know what they are going to add next. This is one reason I periodically check the internet online auto insurance rates. Maybe one day they will cover food.
